Making their appearance in the first Dark Souls game we have Dragon Slayer Ornstein and Executioner Smough.

After traversing the dilapidated area of Senʼs Fortress players are granted access to Anor Londo and find these two imposing figures waiting to give them the hardest boss battle in the game.

The illustrator, Pisha, has created this image which shows the duo looking intimidating. The front has “Welcome to Anor Londo” emblazoned on it and the side has the text from the often seen death screen “YOU DIED”. This image showing the overwhelming strength of Ornstein and Smough brings back the feeling of helplessness players experienced when first facing them.
